Food and wine enthusiasts experienced a fun-filled weekend of deliciousness at the New York City Wine & Food Festival (NYCWFF) from October 12-15, 2017. With 80 events presented throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn, the NYCWFF is NYC’s largest food and wine festival. To date, the NYCWFF has raised over 10.5 million dollars to benefit its charity partners: Food Bank for NYC and No Kid Hungry.
Guests who attended the Grand Tasting presented by ShopRite on Saturday and Sunday afternoon enjoyed a 13,000 square foot culinary wonderland. The event featured an abundance of wine, spirits and food tastings, two stages of live cooking demonstrations followed by a question and answer session from celebrity chefs and the opportunity to participate in meet and greet book signings. Foodies embraced the motto, “Eat. Drink. End Hunger” as they navigated through the expansive venue sipping and sampling from the best restaurants in NYC as well as the finest wine & spirits from the Southern Glazer’s portfolio.
The NYCWFF has cultivated an impressive following of supporters over the past decade. Renowned chef, Giada De Laurentiis agreed, “This festival gets better and better every single year!”
