The Clambake hosted by Emeril Lagasse and Jorge Ramos catered to a sold out crowd who sipped and sampled some of South Florida’s finest seafood from local restaurants. The Sky Deck on the 6th-floor of the Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach provided the ideal venue to the Crave Greater Fort Lauderdale event. Now in its third year,  the Crave eleven part series run in conjunction with the 17th annual Food Network & Cooking Channel South Beach Wine & Food Festival.  This year, the events span the week of February 21-25, 2018 and take place at various locations around the city.  Each event has its own unique theme highlighting the culinary talents of renowned chefs and leaders in the hospitality industry

Guests mingled through the open reception area visiting a variety of local vendors and tasting their seafood inspired signature dishes. Emeril Lagasse invited attendees to try a taste of The Big Easy with a popular dish from his New Orleans location, Ora King Salmon “Stuffies,” made with Quahog, Chourice, and Molho Cru.
