Chef Louie Bossi draws upon his New York Italian influences when creating his innovative dishes. Artisan Charcuterie is comprised of four Italian meats, cheese and pickled vegetables served with homemade crispy flatbread. The appetizer is a do it yourself antipasto that provides a taste of the Old World. For your first course, the Maine lobster and aged Vermont cheddar macaroni & cheese is a twist on the traditional comfort food favorite mixing large chunks of picked lobster meat baked with rigatoni, cheddar cheese and bread crumbs.

For the main course, the Braised Grouper with littleneck clams, tomato broth, shaved chorizo, and mustard greens is especially notable or the inventive Grilled Rare Tuna Ramen with Yaki Onagiri, pickled vegetables, poached egg, roasted pork and mustard seed. The flavorful taste improvises a new spin on the preparation of traditional tuna dishes.
