Food brings people together. It’s about connecting with others.”
National Burger Day is May 28, 2016. Just like a birthday that you want to keep celebrating, one day is never enough. For this reason, the entire month of May is dedicated to the illustrious burger. B restaurants have been preparing for the festivities with an annual burger competition. The competition began on May 1st. Customers have been asked to submit their individual burger recipes. After collecting thousands of recipes, chefs will narrow down the submissions to four contestants. Those remaining four will be posted on social media and the community will be able to choose the top two burgers for each location. The one that sells the most will be chosen as burger of the year. The winner will not only receive the coveted title, but will get the opportunity to have their photo on the wall at their local B restaurant as well as receive a free burger a week for the rest of the calendar year. The winning burger will run as a special at each location.
